APO Exam Eligibility Criteria

Let us get in detail of each and every aspect of BPSC APO eligibility criteria. Aspiring prosecution officers seeking a robust foundation in legal studies are encouraged to apply.

  1. Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian then only he will be eligible for BPSC APO or else you can not apply for the recruitment. You should have a valid proof for it like Aadhar card, birth certificate, passing certificate or leaving certificate of your school or college.
  2. Age Limit: The minimum age for females and males both is 21 and for maximum age, the male is 37 and for a female is 40. The age criteria for different genders are shown in the table below.
  3. Education Qualification: The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any Recognized University. To be eligible for BPSC APO at least you should have any bachelor’s degree in law the basic Law degree (LLB) is a 3-year course. However, another option is to pursue an integrated honors degree offered by autonomous law schools, which takes plus two years to complete ie. 5 years in total
  4. Physical Fitness: BPSC APO doesn't require any specific physical standards.

The applicant must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law from any Recognized University.
